• Stage One - Sending the Photographs

The first thing you need to do is get the photographs you want worked on to us. This can be done either by post or by e-mail

By Post - When sent photograph by post we recommend that you send them by Royal Mail Special Delivery packaged so that they can't be bent. All photographs will be returned by Special Delivery whether you decide to go ahead with the order or not.

By E-Mail - If you have a broadband internet connection and a scanner you can scan and e-mail the photographs. See our page on Scanning Tips.

Along with the photographs you must include your Name and Address, a Contact Telephone Number, a valid e-mail addres so that your quote can be e-mailed to you and a detailed description of what work you want done to the photograph.

• Stage Two - The Quotation

Once the photographs have been recieved a quotation will be e-mailed to you. This will include the cost of the work and a unique reference number which must be used when making payment and any other communication regarding the order.

If at this stage you decide not to go ahead with the order then your original photographs will be returned to you by Special Delivery

• Stage Three - Payment

Once you have accepted the quote you will need to make payment. This can be done by Cheque, Postal Order or by Paypal. We are currently in the process of setting up online payment so that you can pay directly from your credit/debit card through the website.

• Stage Four - Delivery

Once payment has been received the work should be done with 7 - 10 days and delivery together with any original photographs by Special Delivery
